These
files are the actual messages. Browse
through every folder and open all
files till u get the sms u are looking
for.
6) For opening the files don’t choose
options>file>open as it will show
format not supported rather choose
options>file>hex/text viewer. There is a simple
method to use Google to post your
status and updates and have them
over Facebook without any
extension and effort .
This is step by step tutorial to update
your status on Facebook by using
Google
1. Login To Your Facebook Account
just login to your Facebook account
and go to
http://www.facebook.com/mobile
In the middle of the page there
(as shown in the following image)
will be an email address that starts
with some random characters
followed by “@ m.facebook.com”.
Copy it.
2. Go To Your Google Account
Go to your Google plus account and
then go to circles page and create
new circle (i called it “Personal”)and
paste the email address which you
just copied from Facebook.
3. Update Your status On Google
Now just post your status to Google
plus as you normally do, include
your new circle in the post and check
the boxes to notify by email
Facebook takes a couple of minutes
to update but it doeswork, I have
tested it a few times
Vola now you have your Google
status on Facebook * unfortunately
Facebook support only 50 characters
in this way.

K33p Your Web Account Safe Forever

# Keep your web accounts safe &
secure:
Enable the “Always use HTTPS”
setting for Facebook, Twitter, Gmail,
Google and all the other online
services that support secure HTTP.
This is especially important when
accessing Internet over a Wi-Fi
network because without HTTPS,
anyone (and not just skilled hackers)
can capture your login details using
Firesheep, a simple Firefox
extension.
# Use 2-step verification for Google
Account.That means if someone tries
to log into your Google account from
a different computer, they’ll have to
type an additional code that is sent
directly to your mobile phone as an
SMS text message or over a voice
call.
# The 2-step verification can also
alert you to potential hacking
activity. If you ever get an SMS (or a
voice call) from Google with the
verification code but without
requesting one, it is an immediate
hint that someone knows my
password though they won’t be able
to get in without entering the
verification code.
# Connect your mobile number with
your Facebook account. This is
extremely important because you
can get an instant SMS and an email
alert whenever your Facebook
account is accessed from a different
computer or another mobile phone.
Carefully review third-party sites
that have access to your online
accounts and revoke access to all the
unwanted apps that you no longer
use. In case you wish to do the same
for your accounts, here are the direct
links for Facebook,Google and
Twitter.
# Maintain two email addresses –
one is public that is displayed on the
blog while the other email address is
known to a select few. Why ?
The public email address is
associated with services like Twitter,
YouTube, Facebook, Foursquare,
LinkedIn, Flickr, Tumblr, Posterous,
Skype and a couple of other social
sites where you want people to find
yourself if they have your email
address in their address book.
Use the other “secret” email address
with services like Dropbox, Amazon,
Google Apps, bank, hosting service,
Apple iTunes, PayPal and few other
places where account security is
even more critical.
# The last point – how do you
remember and manage so many
different passwords ?
Some people prefer to use password
managers which are very
convenient but better use is a simple
1-page document to store
information of all your online
accounts and the corresponding
passwords. That file should be
password-protected & put it on
Dropbox so the information is
available on all computers .Also keep
a hard copy of it.
Have Happy & Secure Interneting :-)

Youtube Videos Downloader+Converter In HD

Many of my friends asked 4
downloading youtube videos,in
MP4 Format,3gp,Avi,N In HD
Quality...
so i m providing some free working
site useful for downloading HD
Videos From YouTube..
(1) http://Clipconverter.cc
This is a new website and
download YouTube videos in
HD. Reading this
article will teach you how to
maintain good skin health.
Difficulty:
Easy
Instructions
1. Avoid smoking. Smoking has a
lot of negative health effects
on the body, including heart
disease and lung cancer
among many. However, what
most people may not know is
that the nicotine in cigarette
smoke can cause skin
discoloration and, in some
cases, acne. In order to
maintain good skin health,
quit smoking.
2. Consider vitamins A and E. As
humans get older, skin begins
to lose its firmness because the
skin cells, collagen and elastin
begin to breakdown, resulting
in wrinkles and other skin
deteriorations. Taking a
vitamin A or E supplement
(such as one that contains
collagen and elastin) can help
protect against this
deterioration. Vitamins A or E
along with a few other natural
minerals have been proven to
strengthen the cells of the skin,
thus improving the overall
appearance of your skin.
However, you should never
consume dietary supplements
before consulting your doctor,
especially if you are taking
other medications.
3. Avoid the use of oil-based
substances on the skin. Oil-
based substances clog pores
and cause acne. Acne can
cause ugly scars, thus taking
away from overall skin
appearance. When using
beauty creams, shop for ones
that have no oil and also
consider looking at ones that
have low or no fragrance to
them. If you need further
assistance on choosing skin
care products, ask your
dermatologist for help.
Tips & Warnings
Your skin tells a lot about you.
You should take care of it in any
way you can. If you need
additional tips on taking care of
your skin, ask your doctor about
prescriptions that may be
available.

How to Clean Out an Oil Bottle

By Susan Brockett, an eHow
Contributing Writer
It's easy to clean oil out of a bottle.
Many cooks like to have a bottle of
olive oil near the stove. Some even
choose to refill and reuse their
bottle. However, oil and water do
not mix, so washing the residual oil
out of the bottle requires a bit of
attention. Since many oil bottles
have a thin neck that prohibits using
a bottle brush or other cleaning
utensils, use a grease-cutting
product to remove all the oily
remains before filling your bottle
with new oil.
Difficulty:
Easy
Things You'll Need:
Dishwashing detergent or liquid
castile soap
Vinegar
Instructions
1. Fill the bottle half full with
warm tap water.
2. Add two drops of dishwashing
detergent and 1 tbsp. vinegar.
3. Put your hand over the top of
the bottle, or seal it with the
lid.
4. Shake the bottle vigorously.
5. Empty the bottle and inspect it.
If there is still an oily residue in
the bottle, repeat the steps.
6. Rinse the bottle by holding it
under a running tap. After the
bottle is full, sudsy water will
come out the top. Keep
running the water into the
bottle until no more suds
appear.
7. Dump all the water out of the
bottle.
8. Put the clean glass bottle in the
oven, set at 250 degrees
Fahrenheit for about 10
minutes to completely dry the
inside of the bottle.

Hurricane Safety Tips

By Antonia James, an eHow
Contributing Writer
Hurricane damage in Sebastian,
Florida 2004
Thanks to technology,
meteorologists have the tools to
inform the public when a hurricane
is coming. Proper disaster
preparation will prevent damage to
both people and property, and
heeding hurricane safety tips will
lessen the chances of injury before,
during and after the storm. Stay
informed, and take the storm
seriously.
1. Supplies
Shop for food and water at
the beginning of hurricane
season to avoid a crowds
and low supermarket stock.
According to the National
Hurricane Center, you
should store enough food
and water to sustain your
family for three to seven
days. Hurricanes have the
ability to disrupt power
and other utility services.
Buy canned, non-perishable
foods that can be eaten
without having to be
cooked. Be sure to have a
hand-operated can opener
so you can get the cans
open in the event of power
failure. Have enough
bottled water for each
family member. The
recommended allotment is
one gallon of water per day
for each person in the
household. Pack a first aid
kid. Keep bandages and
antibiotic cream on hand
for minor injuries. Stock up
on a seven-day supply of
prescription medicines in
case you cannot access a
pharmacy after the storm.
2. Communication
Purchase safety and
communication devices
that run on batteries. Be
sure to have enough
batteries on hand for each
device. Listen to a weather
radio for emergency
messages, important
community information
and hurricane updates. A
flashlight will help you
maneuver in the dark if the
storm hits in the evening or
if the power is out for a few
days. Connect a telephone
with a cord to a phone jack
in the house. This type of
phone does not need
electricity to operate.
Charge cell phones prior to
the hurricane and use them
sparingly once the storm
begins to prolong battery
life.
3. Family Plan
Discuss an emergency
hurricane safety plan. Set
up a room in the home as a
designated safe room in
the event of escalating
wind. Evacuate if told to do
so. Do not stay in your
location if you are warned
that it is not safe. Pay
attention to community
messages regarding
evacuation routes and
shelters. If you have pets,
locate pet friendly shelters
in your area in case you
need to leave your home.
Fill up the gas tank in the
car to make sure that you
have enough fuel to drive
to another location if
necessary. Do this several
days before the storm. Do
not wait until the day of the
hurricane, as it is possible
that gas stations could run
out of fuel due to high
demand. Have cash on
hand, preferably smaller
bills. In days following the
hurricane, lack of electricity
may make cash machines
and credit card scanners
inaccessible.
4. Property
Board windows with
plywood or hurricane
shutters to prevent flying
glass. Placing sandbags
around the perimeter of
your home will decrease
the chances of water
getting into the house in
the event of flooding. Trim
trees and store patio
furniture to avoid damage
to both people and
property from falling
branches and windblown
objects.
Tips & Warnings
References
National Hurricane Center
HurricaneSafety.org

How to Plan a Play Date for Your Child

By Emily Rogers, an eHow
Contributing Writer
Plan a fun play date for your child
and his friend.
When your child is young and is just
starting to interact with other kids
his own age, it can be very helpful to
his social development to come up
with play date ideas. Arrange play
dates with his friends and help
support social interaction with
others. Many adults remember and
are even still in contact with friends
from preschool or kindergarten. Help
your child build memories that will
last a lifetime.
Difficulty:
Moderately Easy
Instructions
1. Choose a couple of friends that
your child seems to interact
with the most. Send a note to
school for the children and
share your thoughts about
planning a play date. Another
option is to have your child
introduce you to the child's
parent when picking her up
from school or daycare.
2. Discuss meeting somewhere
where your child and his friend
can have a fun time enjoying
physical activities together.
Some great ideas include the
park, a pizza parlor or a fast
food restaurant with a play
area.
3. Once your child develops a
friendship with another child
outside of school, consider
inviting the child over to your
home. This will give your child
a chance to show off her
personal space and practice
sharing her favorite toys.
4. Planning play dates for your
child can help boost his
confidence and develop a
social life with other children
his own age. Your child can
learn to share, develop
excellent social skills and have
compassion for others.
Tips & Warnings
References
Nspt4kids: Building Social Skills
Through Play Dates

How to Get Your Child to Finish Homework

By S.F. Heron, an eHow Contributing
Writer
Get Your Child to Finish Homework
It's a rare parent who doesn't face a
homework struggle at some point
during their child's school career.
Complaints, delays, and excuses
might be the norm in your house.
What parents need to realize is that
they have the ability to dictate the
outcome of homework. It's up to you
to create an environment that
inspires learning and accountability
on the part of your children. Most
kids thrive on a schedule and not too
many kids are incredibly self-
motivated--it's way more fun to play
outside, watch TV or surf the net
than it is to do homework after a
long, hard day at school. Homework
needs to be approached as a daily
routine. Routine requires planning
so it's important to include your
child is the development of a study
routine. Some parents find that a
snack and then immediate
homework work best for their child.
Others choose to give their kids an
allotted amount of time as a break.
This is entirely up to you. Try both
ways to see what works best for you.
Difficulty:
Moderately Challenging
Things You'll Need:
Study area
Study tools (pencils, pen, paper)
School organizer or assignment
book
Instructions
1. Set up a designated study area
in your home. You might want
your child in sight so the
kitchen or dining room table is
great. If you feel it's okay, let
your child complete
homework in his room. Have
your child help you decide
what is best. However, once
the place is established, don't
change it.
2. Show your child how you
expect assignments to be
written down in their
homework assignment book
and that you expect the
appropriate books and
workbooks to be brought
home. Remember that routine
brings continuity to your child.
3. Quiet down the house during
study time. If your making
dinner, greeting other children
and answering the phone,
that's way too much noise to
concentrate. Homework time
should be quiet. Other children
should be kept busy with quiet
activities. Color books are a
great quiet time activity for
younger siblings when older
kids are doing homework.
4. Set up a system of how you
want your child to work. The
sheer amount of work
assigned for homework simply
overwhelms many kids. Break
out assignment book and
make a plan with your child's
help. Often, after a long day at
school, your child needs a
mental break. Try the easy
work first and move to the
more complicated
assignments next. Or better
yet, ask for your child's input
on what he'd prefer to work on
first.
5. Be available to assist but don't
do the work. Your child is
attending school, not you.
You're a resource, much like an
encyclopedia.
6. Teach your child to pace
themselves for larger
assignments. Term papers or
projects are much less stressful
for both you and your child if
he performs the work in small
intervals.
7. Use incentives carefully.
Incentives would be a ice
cream date with Mom for a
week of properly completed
homework or a movie after a
month, and so on. Your aim is
to take the argument and
frustration out of the equation
of completing homework.
Incentives might be the spark
for your child to get them on
the path to completing their
work in a timely manner.
8. Praise a job well done. Kids
glow under the praise of their
parents. Heap the kudos on
your child for completed work.
Your kind words will go farther
than any ice cream or treat.
9. Consider having your child
read quietly every night.
Reading helps with
concentration and
comprehension that is a skill
that can be used in any school
subject.
Tips & Warnings
Jupiterimages/Comstock/Getty
Images

How to Eat a Healthy Balanced Diet

By Nicky LaMarco, an eHow
Contributing Writer
Apple
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is
important for sustained energy and
illness prevention. Eating healthy is
not about cutting calories or strict
dieting; it's about ensuring your
body gets the nutrients it needs to
thrive.
Difficulty:
Easy
Instructions
1. Avoid cutting calories, but do
not consume too much.
Healthy and active adults need
approximately 2,000 calories a
day. The more exercise you do,
the more calories you need.
Use a daily calorie calculator
(see Resources section below)
to determine how many
calories you need each day.
2. Add fruits and vegetables to
every meal, and even to
snacks. For example, add
bananas to your cereal at
breakfast, eat a salad and an
apple with lunch and have
tomatoes and canned peaches
with your dinner. This can help
you get the recommended
three to five (or more)
servings of fruits and
vegetables.
3. Try new foods. Make an effort
to pick out something new at
the grocery store every week.
Browse the produce section
and choose a fruit you have
never had before. This can help
give you a healthier, more
balanced diet so you're not
eating the same things all the
time.
4. Check your portions. More
appropriate portions can make
a huge difference. One way to
check portions is to read the
nutrition label and see the
recommended serving size.
(See the link in the Resources
section below for appropriate
portions.)
5. Cut out excess sugars, salts,
caffeine and alcohol. These (in
excess) are toxic to the body
and will deplete nutrients. Eat
a healthy well balanced diet
and enjoy your foods and
drinks containing these toxins
in moderation only, or cut
them out altogether.
6. Clean your home of junk food.
If it isn't there you are less
likely to eat it, especially at
nighttime. When you are able
to cut out junk foods (sugary,
salty snacks) you will eat what
is available in your home,
which should be healthy
choices such as fruits,
vegetables, pretzels, and
crackers.
7. Balance your diet with
proteins and carbohydrates.
Include meats, beans and fish
for protein. Avoid cutting out
carbohydrates, as you need
these for energy. Fruits,
vegetables, whole grains and
pasta contain needed
carbohydrates.
Tips & Warnings
Drink more water. Instead of a
soda or beer, have a glass of
water. Chew food thoroughly.
Rushing a meal is not healthy.
Always have a healthy breakfast.
Avoid late-night snacks.
References
Healthy Eating
Resources
Daily Calorie Calculator
Portion Sizes
http://www.morguefile.com/
archive/display/554912

How to Find a Hair Stylist

By Ang Berg, an eHow Contributing
Writer
Find a Hair Stylist
Finding a hairstylist who is not only
great at his profession but reliable
and enjoyable to be around can be a
time consuming and frustrating task.
Follow these steps to make sure your
next hairstylist knows how to work
with you, your hair and personal
style, to help you feel beautiful after
every appointment.
Difficulty:
Moderate
Things You'll Need:
phonebook, internet
Instructions
1. Ask for referrals. The best way
to find a new hairstylist is to
ask friends and family for a
reference. Ask people who you
trust that have hairstyles they
like. It is also important to
inquire about the price the
hairstylist typically charges for
services to avoid wasting time
with a stylist who you may not
be able to regularly afford.
Plus, no one wants sticker
shock after getting the best
haircut they've ever had.
2. If you see someone who has a
hairstyle that you desire, ask
them for a reference. When
walking down the street or
working out at the gym, don't
be afraid to ask someone who
does their hair. Seeking a
reference from an unbiased
source can eliminate pressure
to go to a certain stylist
because of perceived
obligation to a friend or family
member who referred you to a
particular stylist.
3. Use the phone book, Internet
and local newspapers as a
guide. Look through the yellow
pages of your phone book or
online for advertisements;
often times salons or
individual stylists will
advertise their areas of
expertise. Take note of the
claimed expertise and
compare them to your own
needs. You could also contact
the style or fashion reporter at
your local newspaper for an
unbiased opinion about local
talent.
4. Compile a list of potential
hairstylists. Based on the
referrals that you were given,
make a list of the five most
promising. Visit the salon of
the stylists to get a feel for the
atmosphere and to get a sneak
peek at the recommended hair
pro. If you feel uncomfortable
or out of place during your
visit, take the stylist off your
list. Getting your hair styled
should be an enjoyable
experience and you should
always get what you want.
5. Schedule a consultation. After
determining the salons that
you would feel comfortable
regularly visiting, schedule a
consultation with the stylist to
discuss your needs and hear
her recommendations. You
should ask about prices,
recommended products and
areas of expertise. Also be sure
to discuss your hair history
and past styles that you did
and didn't like. If the
consultation is going smoothly
and you feel comfortable with
the hairstylist, allow him to
work on your hair. If you don't
feel comfortable during the
consultation, don't feel
pressured for a cut or styling.
6. Compare your consultations.
After visiting with the
prospective stylists, determine
who would best meet your
hairstyling needs and schedule
an appointment. If your first
couple of visits don't go well,
schedule an appointment with
another stylist on your list.
Tips & Warnings
Be patient. Finding the perfect
hairstylist can be time consuming
and often requires you to visit
numerous stylists before finding
the one that is best for you.
www.indiwo.com
